Welcome

Welcome to the official website for the Poplar/Southern Corridor Study! This study is being conducted by the Memphis Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) to determine the feasibility and impact of providing grade separated railroad/highway crossings along the study corridor. Providing grade separated crossings may improve safety and reduce congestion through one of the most heavily traveled corridors in the region.
